Fraud case against Las Vegas attorney reinstated (Las Vegas Review-Journal)
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has reinstated the federal fraud case against Las Vegas Chiropractor attorney Noel Gage and medical consultant Howard Awand.
